If you've ever eaten French fries infused with truffle oil, there's no turning back.
I had my first taste in L.A. and they were memorable. So you can imagine my delight when I stopped in at the Sleeping Dog Tavern and saw that
they not only had Truffled Fries on their "Bites" menu, but they served them
with crumbled bleu cheese.
Each fry glistened and exuded truffleness and I ate every last one. Don't want to
even contemplate the calorie count!
