I was tempted by these absolutely wild and wonderful chaps that I spied at the outdoor FLEA this weekend, but I resisted and captured them in a photograph instead.  Indeed the FLEA @ THE DOWNS is temptation personified - row after row of delightful vintage stuff. If you've never been, it's just 15 minutes from Santa Fe and a perfect place to spend a few hours with out-of-town guests. There's music, food and great finds...

 If you haven't guessed, I photograph what I would dearly love to buy...

 This vintage Mountain Man bag would be great framed in a shadowbox.
