THE PRADO COMES TO SANTA FE -

AN EXQUISITE WALK IN THE PARK



Ninety-two, full-scale reproductions of celebrated artworks from the MUSEO DEL PRADO in Madrid, Spain grace the brick walkway meandering through Santa Fe's downtown Cathedral Park - next to the historic Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi. The outdoor exhibit is magnificent and will be on display through October, 2017.

The exhibit, organized by the Museo Nacional del Prado and American Friends of the Prado Museum, and spearheaded by Heritage Hotels & Resorts CEO, James Long, celebrates the stunning art of many of the greatest Spanish, Flemish, Italian, French, and German painters of the 14th - 19th centuries.

The exhibit was organized by the Museo Nacional del Prado and American Friends of the Prado Museum and spearheaded in Santa Fe by The Spanish Colonial Arts Society, the New Mexico Multi-Cultural Foundation, New Mexico True, The City Of Santa Fe Tourism Department and Heritage Hotels and Resorts, Inc.
